[Notes on direct shipping from Australia]
We will not be liable for compensation under the following circumstances:
1. Delays in mail delivery or loss of items due to force majeure ("force majeure" refers to unforeseen, unavoidable and insurmountable objective external factors, including flight delays or crashes, customs inspections, wars, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires and similar events).
2. When delivering the package to the recipient, the outer packaging of the package is intact, the seal is intact, and there are no signs of damage or disassembly, and the recipient has signed for it according to the prescribed procedures, but the recipient only later discovers that the internal parts are missing or damaged.
3. When the mail is delivered to the recipient, the actual weight of the mail is consistent with the weight indicated on the packaging box, and the recipient has signed for it according to the prescribed procedures, but the recipient only later discovers that the internal parts are missing or damaged.
4. The recipient's residential community does not allow delivery personnel to enter, or the mail is delayed or items are lost due to negligence within the collection department.
5. Due to the high temperature in midsummer, some health products and foods, such as chocolate, capsules and gummy candies, are prone to melting when exposed to high temperatures, affecting their use. If the situation occurs due to force majeure factors such as weather, no claim will be made.
6. The customer fails to inquire or make a claim for compensation from the date of handing in the mail to the expiration of the inquiry period (within 30 days from the date of handing in the mail).
